New Year: new exercises and low cal dishes to try

Holiday food was delicious, and we loved it, but not the pounds that came with it. Try my tasty dishes to keep your calorie count low. Also for a bit of exercise recommended by Dr. Travis Stork, author of Lean Belly Prescription, find a hilly street nearby. Walk fast up the hill and walk slower going back down. Then go faster and do it several times each day as you get used to doing it. Soon you may be able to jog up the hill and then walk down it. That won’t take long and is more pleasant than walking a treadmill.
