Strawberries – low cal and good for you
Take about 8 strawberries, wash and cut up, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar (or the equivalent of artificial sweetener) and let sit for ten minutes. Serves two. You can add 2 tablespoons of Cool Whip for no more than 25 calories extra.
This is my favorite lunch dessert because it doesn’t make me feel sleepy at work like a piece of cake would.
